What’s the Omer Adventure?
The Omer is a 49-day adventure where you count stars every night, like climbing to a big mountain to get a special gift from God! Each day has a new star and a fun way to be a better you, like being kind or strong. It starts after Passover and ends at Shavuot, when we celebrate the Torah!

Say these special words at night with a grown-up to count your star! They tell God you’re on your adventure to Mount Sinai!
Blessing:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל סְפִירַת הָעֹמֶר
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha’olam, asher kid’shanu b’mitzvotav v’tzivanu al Sefirat Ha’omer.
Blessed are You, God, King of the world, who made us holy with His commandments and told us to count the Omer.

Harachaman hu y’zakeinu limot hamashiach ul’chayei ha’olam haba.
